MICROMILL machine is a latest powerful machine designed for milling of soft materials using a high-speed spindle. The machine consists of three controlled axes. Workpiece is attached to the work table. When required by the customer, the work table may be designed to allow vacuum attachment of the material. The mill is exceptional because of its high accuracy and easy control. CNC control system is designed on industrial PC basis.

MSNC-500 control system is designed on 2 PC modules basis with a memory capacity of 256Mb RAM and 40Gb HDD, allowing full network compatibility with the standard company network. MSNC 500 runs under Microsoft - Windows XP. The system is equipped with 15" TFT color touch screen and keyboard with anti-dust protection. The system allows remote diagnostics (through modem).
MSNC 500 control system is designed for continuous control of milling, turning, drilling and other machining and cutting systems. It allows linear as well as circular interpolation in controlled axes, correction to radius and length of the tool. It also allows movement from the beginning of coordinate system using 6 zero points. NC programs may be edited directly in the system.
The machine is controlled by two separate computers, interconnected by serial communication line. One computer ensures control of input-output system, execution of movement commands - route interpolation and also serves for manual control of the system, if necessary. The second computer is used for communication with user and preparation of machining data. It further displays the current condition of the control system and the whole machine in general.
Input-output system is directly controlled by the standard control system through communication lines, allowing to control and read binary signals.
