Data Protection Act
Brief Description:
Data Protection Act

Expiry Date: Nov 30, -0001
Detailed Description:
Wireless CCTV cameras can transmit pictures and sound to a Tv/Video up to 100 metres away without the need to run any cables between them. They use the very latest Government approved 2.4GHz microwave frequency to transmit the pictures and sound from the camera to the receiver (which then plugs in to the Tv/Video), this frequency allows for a maximum possible distance between receiver and camera of 100 metres (300 feet) line of sight, however through walls & ceilings the range can be reduced to 50 metres in extreme circumstances. Our wireless systems have 3 selectable channels that they transmit on, which means you can have up to 3 wireless cameras per site, and because we only use 3 channels and not 4 as some of the older systems on the market do, the chances of receiving interference (which all wireless systems may suffer from) are minimised. There is no limit to the number of Receivers that can be used per site, since these just receive signals and do not transmit them.
